BH&D Engineering is a full-service civil engineering consulting firm with full geomatic capabilities. Established in 1999, our main office is located at 280 Heritage Walk in Woodstock Georgia. We specialize in site development, transportation engineering, municipal infrastructure planning, and development for clients in the public and private sectors.
Brennen Hicks, C.E.
President
Brennen graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University before founding BH&D Engineering in 1999. After more than 15 years, Brennen is still the President of BH&D and in responsible charge of all facets of the business.
Michael Paul Henderson, P.E.
Principal Engineer
Michael worked for Charlie Peterson Surveying as a CAD Drafter while attending Florida State University. After graduating with a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering from FSU, he moved to Marietta, where he worked for a local engineering firm before joining BH&D in 1999. During the recession, Michael worked as a transportation engineer before accepting a one year contract in 2011 with Fluor as a Construction Engineer at Bagram Airforce Base. While at Bagram, Michael managed the Mil-Con Inspections Program for Northern Afghanistan, and, when required, acted as the Country Engineer. In 2012 Michael accepted a short term contract with Black & Veatch to serve as a construction engineer for the Breshna Kot Substation in Kandahar Afghanistan before rejoining BH&D in 2013.
